If you’re receiving treatment from one of our services and have questions about your care, please speak to the health professional who is looking after you. They will be able to help, advise and signpost you to additional resources if you need them.
Once your treatment is complete and we have discharged you from the service, you may be given self-care information by your health professional such as:
- an information leaflet
- online resources
- signposting to other services in community
- mobile health apps
If you feel you need further treatment from us, go back to see your GP for a referral or check to see if you can self-refer. Information about referrals is available on each individual service page.
