The Trust have a legal duty to publish gender pay gap results.
The results for 2023 for the mean average hourly rate demonstrate a pay gap of 10.37%. The second measure is the median difference with a 0.18% gap, a slight increase compared to 2022.
The results for 2021 for the mean average hourly rate demonstrate a pay gap of 8.67%. The second measure is the median difference with a 0.27% gap, an improved position compared to 2020.
