Our team bring their skills and practical guidance to support the organisation with the wide range of projects that are initiated to meet statutory requirements, improve efficiency, and deliver transformation. We are eager to engage with staff to meet challenges and maximise opportunities.
The Programme Management Office (PMO) leads and supports the organisation with the following:
Project Planning and Management
The team has broad experience and the necessary skills to lead on and support project planning and project management within the organisation. From the inception of an idea, a project plan is empowering to deliver defined outcomes, ensuring resources are wisely allocated and creating an effective monitoring process to identify risks that might impact on the success of the project. As project managers can adapt to each unique change management initiative and ensure recommended changes are understood, adopted, and evaluated by Staff and Stakeholders.
PMO proactively supports project leads within the organisation, to ensure their projects are delivered appropriately within time and budget constraints whilst ensuring quality and service user experience is at the centre of all project discussions.
Transformation programmes
PMO are the facilitators within a transformation programme to enable effective change in a structured manner that inspires confidence and builds successful outcomes.
Service reviews and redesigns
PMO supports reviews of services in collaboration with service directors and service leads. Service Reviews encourage positive and innovative opportunities to be identified as well as highlighting areas for development to improve.
Productivity and Efficiency Programme
In line with our organisational annual productivity and efficiency programme, PMO supports services from the conception of an idea to developing the project initiation documentation as required. For larger and more complex projects a named project manager will support the delivery of the identified scheme.
