The Quality and Governance service exists to provide the organisation’s board with assurance regarding the quality and safety of its clinical services and takes a planned and systematic approach to working with staff to monitor, assess and improve the quality and safety of its health services on a regular basis.
The service is responsible for:

- Information Governance
- Medicines Management
- Patient Experience
