We would like YOU to help recognise our amazing staff. If you have received exceptional treatment and care from an individual or one of our teams, please tell us by nominating them for a People’s Choice Award. Whether we’ve cared for you or someone close to you, we would love to hear your story.
This may have been whilst visiting one of our clinics, receiving care in your own home or during a stay on one of our wards. Our services help thousands of people keep well each week across Wirral, Cheshire East, St Helens and Knowsley.
