Bradley has 13 years’ experience working in the NHS in clinical and operational roles. He qualified as an Orthoptist back in 2011, helping to diagnose and treat eye movement disorders, before progressing to various operational leadership roles across the acute care sector in medicine, surgery and diagnostics. Bradley has been awarded various post graduate qualifications in healthcare leadership and gained an MBA in 2022.
Bradley joined the Trust in August 2022 as Deputy Chief Operating Officer after leaving his post as Deputy Divisional Director of Operations at Liverpool University Hospitals Trust and became Interim Chief Operating Officer in July 2024.
