A Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Inspection is taking place across Wirral. Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are carrying out an inspection of the services that support children and young people with SEND.
The inspection is over three weeks (Monday 13 – Friday 31 January) and focuses on the provision for children, young people and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities in Wirral.
As part of the process, the inspection team has asked services to circulate a survey, to capture the views of children and young people, parents and carers and practitioners in relation to their experiences.
The closing date for submitting your completed survey is Tuesday 21 January at 9.00am.
Parents and carers
Parents and carers of children or young people aged up to 25 with special education needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are encouraged to complete the Parents and Carers Survey to share their experiences.
There is also an easy read version of this survey – Parents and Carers Survey (Easy Read).
