If you have used our Covid Oximetry@Home Service and have a pulse oximeter at home, we require you to return it as soon as possible.
When returning your pulse oximeter can you please put it in a sealed envelope or a bag and write on it ‘OXYGEN MONITOR RETURN’. If you do not have the original packaging don’t worry – please also include your name and address on the envelope.
You can return your pulse oximeter at one of the drop off points below:
